Hyaluronic acid in the formula, along with Glycerin and Betaine, enhances the skin cells' ability to bind water, retaining moisture and preventing dehydration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply the toner on a cosmetic pad and gently wipe the skin of the face, neck and décolletage. Use daily in the morning and evening.
